01 The energy we move
What is LPG?
Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) is composed mainly of propane and butane, extracted during crude-oil refining and natural-gas processing. Easily compressed into liquid form for storage and transport, it powers heating, cooking and industry around the world.
LPG burns cleaner than traditional fossil fuels and emits far lower levels of harmful pollutants such as sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxide and particulate matter. That makes it a practical bridge to a lower-carbon future.
